Are you prepared for mosquito season this year? #LearnWithOrkin {Giveaway}

The prize will be sent via FedEx or USPS. No P.O. Boxes please. Please note that the assets included within this message were delivered to me to promote Orkin Rollins INC.

It's almost summertime and that means barbecues, gardening, and the occasional water hose fight. (Yes, I still love a good water fight.) There’s one thing no one likes about being outdoors, though: mosquitoes! They not only are a nuisance, but they also pose potentially serious health risks. Fortunately, the experts at Orkin study the science of mosquitoes and other pests closely in order to better tailor plans that help keep them out of your home this summer.

How well do you think you know your mosquito trivia? Take the “Buzzer Beater” quiz below to find out!

Do mosquitoes prefer adults over children? Orkin knows!

Be sure to follow Orkin on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

  2. I learned that: Bright colors have not been proven to attract adult mosquitoes, but strong smells like perfumes, scented soaps, and lotions do. Standing water sources and hot exhaled gases also attract mosquitoes.
