It's time to go back to school. It is naturally a stressful time as everyone tries to get back in a normal routine. Schedules are hectic, healthy eating tends go out the window sometimes, and it's hard to find back-to-school snacks are not only delicious, but healthy all year long. It's even harder to relax when life gets really busy.

Organic Connections has a brand new FREE eBook called the Calmful Back to School guide! It is chock full of helpful sections that can give you ideas on healthy eating during the school year, power foods to keep the whole family going, snack ideas, natural immunity tips, and so much more.
I checked it out (as I will be heading to the local community college for some classes), and I am already getting ideas! I really like the idea of the no-bake brownie recipe that is in there. Yum! (Click here to download the FREE eBook.)
Remember when I said it was hard to relax when life is crazy? When we are under stress, our cells - which in their resting state contain magnesium - go through a change. Calcium enters the cells and the calcium level becomes high. This is the "action" state in which will contract and tense the muscles. The magnesium then pushes the calcium out of the cell and the cell is again in its relaxed state.
Natural Calm is designed to restore a healthy magnesium level, in which a magnesium deficiency causes more calcium to enter the cells, which makes you more tense. It is a more natural stress relief! In fact, Natural Calm is called The Anti-Stress Drink! To keep your tastebuds happy, Nature Calm comes in several flavors: Organic Sweet Lemon, Organic Raspberry Lemon, Organic Cherry, Organic Orange, and it even comes unflavored.
Be sure to follow Natural Calm on Facebook and Twitter.
