No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Note: This is revised from a recipe Twin found on the internet. The original recipe wasn't working for us and we added a couple of things.

If you like gooey, chocolaty fudge that doesn't require standing over a stove and stirring, you have to try this recipe! It's super rich and decadent!
Excuse the horrible picture, but I assure you that it tastes better than it looks!

No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2  cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of chopped pecans (optional, but we added them)
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 pound of confectioner's sugar (you can add less if you desire)

What you'll also need:
Wax paper
8x8 pan

In a bowl, mix the unsweetened cocoa and confectioner's sugar until it's all combined. In another bowl, add the peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Add the confectioner's sugar and unsweetened cocoa to the peanut butter mix. Mix until smooth. Add pecans and mix.

Place wax paper to the bottom of the 8x8 pan (make sure that it covers the sides so the fudge doesn't stick. Spoon fudge mixture into the pan and smooth out. Put it in the fridge for a few hours or until it hardens.

Cut and enjoy!

Time: 10 minutes
Fridge time: 2-3 hours
