Fabe's All Natural Bakery Review

Cookies are a great snack. Sure, it’s not all that healthy but they are so delicious. The flavors available to the world are endless- chocolate chip, M&M, peanut butter, almond, and so much more. But sometimes you want something that is healthy but still retaining that cookie goodness!

Fabe’s All Natural Bakery has been “Sweetned by Nature” with fruits, veggies, and grains. They offer delicious gluten free, vegan, whole grain, and organic baked deserts! But don’t think they just stop at cookies. You can even get pies, cakes, snacks, and of course, the cookies.

Vegan Carrot Cake
So what kind of cakes can you get from Fabe’s? For gluten free 6” cakes, you have your choice of Gluten Free Homestyle Carrot Cake and Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Cake (yum!). If you want vegan, the 6” cake flavors include Vegan Triple Chocolate Cake and Vegan Carrot Cake.

Everyone loves pies, right? Then you have to try Fabe's All Natural Pies! Gluten Free lovers can choose between 6” and 8” with flavors being Dutch Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pie (great for Thanksgiving!). Vegan 6” and 8” pies are available in Apple Pie, Blueberry Pie, and Cherry Pie. For non-vegan 6” and 8” pies, you have your choice of Pecan Pie and Classic Pumpkin Pie.

What kind of snacks does Fabe's offer? You can try the Organic Chewy Brownie or the Mini Fruit & Nut Cake. But I bet you’re ready to find out about those cookies. You can choose from Gluten Free Mini Cookies, Whole Grain Mini Cookies, or 2.5oz Single Serve Cookies!

WHAT I THOUGHT
I love cookies! I have them with ice cream, by themselves, or even crumble them into banana pudding. But cookies have so much sugar, so much fat, and aren’t that healthy at all. I wanted something all natural without losing the chewy goodness that comes with cookies. I jumped at the chance to review Single Serve Cookies from Fabe’s All Natural Bakery. Of course, I shared them with Twin, who wouldn’t let me hear the end of it if I didn’t share.

Cranberry Orange
Cranberry Orange- Due to the heat here in Texas, it ended up being a little crumbly but that didn’t stop me from eating it. It was not too sweet. It was studded with bits of cranberries, which I love. It was delicious, albeit, a little on the dry side.
Chocolate Chip- This didn’t have tiny chocolate chips. I called them chocolate chunks because it had some big pieces of chocolate chips. It was gooey and chewy. Like the Cranberry Orange, it wasn’t too sweet. It had a perfect sweetness to it. It tasted like it was homemade.
Oatmeal Raisin- I try to stay away from Oatmeal Raisin cookies because those are hard to get right. But it had a perfect balance of oatmeal and raisin. It was a little sweeter than the others, but I think it was because of the raisins.
Dark Chocolate- I have a love/hate relationship with dark chocolate in general. I grew up on milk chocolate, so I tend to find most dark chocolate too bitter for me. But this Dark Chocolate was not bitter at all! It was rich and moist. It tasted just like a fudge brownie. If you hadn’t read the wrapper, you wouldn’t know you were eating dark chocolate.
Organic Macaroon- Coconut macaroons are delicious, no matter where you use them. With this cookie, you could definitely taste the coconut. It was moist, right about of sweetness, and while it doesn’t melt in your mouth, you almost expect it to.

Chocolate Chip
Since these cookies were all natural, I didn’t feel guilty for snacking on them every chance I go. Because they didn’t contain tons of sugar, I didn’t have that sugar “hangover” one would get. Delicious!

I was NOT compensated for this review. I received FREE products from Fabe’s All Natural Bakery to review. All thoughts/opinions are my own.
