THOUGHTS
Ignore my expression. Twin was taking forever.
I was able to review the Tamara Gothic Godet Vtg Victorian Floral Lace Dress w/ Lining in Burgundy Wine. I might’ve gotten a bigger size than I should have but let’s face it, us woman are sometimes smaller than we feel. Right? I chose it because it just screamed romantic, Victorian, and gothic clothing!

Anyways, it is so beautiful! It is definitely prettier than anything else I own!  The handmade lace area shows definitely high-quality work that you really don’t see anywhere else.  The fabric is very soft. Some fabric, especially Rayon, can make you feel scratchy all over. That wasn’t the case here. The hems didn’t have any strings sticking out or any visible problems whatsoever.

What I love is that it comes with a black slip that you put on before slipping the dress on. So you don't have to run around, trying to find that long slip or cami and half-slip before getting ready. Not to mention that it definitely adds to the dress!

While the whole dress (and lining slip) is beautiful, my favorite part is the panels! They are solid, compared to the lace-look that the rest of the dress has. They have that wrinkled look, so that when you move, you catch a glimpse of texture and smoothness.

The dress isn’t long at all, just stopping at my ankles. Which I have no problem with because I tend to trip over long skirts or even pants.  It made me feel absolutely beautiful! And as soon as the weather gets better, I will most likely go to the park and take more pictures in a natural setting. It should be gorgeous!

I was NOT compensated for this review. I received a FREE dress from HolyClothing to review. All thoughts/opinions are my own.
