Organic treats from Newman's Own Organics! {Review + Giveaway}

Let's be honest- it's hard not to want to snack on delicious treats. Unless you have the willpower of Superman, the temptation is hard to resist. But who wants the guilt afterwards? I sure don't!

Newman's Own Organics (which is a separate company from Newman's Own) offers delicious snacks and treats that are certified-organic. Their products include cookies, pretzels, Pop's Corn, and even pet food (Yes, pet food).

Their Hermits are a type of soft cookie that are available in 3 different flavors: Original, Cinnamon, and Ginger. They also have other Family Recipe cookies that include so many different flavors like Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Chip, Orange Chocolate Chip, Ginger Snaps, and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip. Yum!

Want something that's not too sweet? Their line of Pretzels might help! A few of their flavors are Spelt, Salted Sticks, High Protein, Honey Wheat Mini Salted Thins, and Mighty Mini. Trust me, there are many more flavors!

For those who want caffeine, Newman's Own Organics also has coffee! They have 7 different blends such as Newman's Special Blend, Nell's Breakfast Blend, Cafe Almond Biscotti, and many many others.

As you can see, Newman's Own Organics has a WIDE variety of snacks and yummy treats for you and your doggie to devour.

WHAT I THOUGHT
If you've been with Edge of Insanity for a while, you know I love organic food. So I jumped at the chance to try a few morsels from Newman's Own Organics. While I received other items, I couldn't help but choose my 4 favorites!

Cranberries
Cranberries- I know it's weird to choose cranberries as a favorite, but I love the taste of the cranberries. They were sweet, they were tart-y, and they just tasted delicious. They resembled raisins, but one taste and you can definitely tell these are NOT raisins. I kinda wanted some turkey to go along with them because it reminded me of Thanksgiving!
Ginger Hermits
Milk Chocolate bar- I'm a chocoholic, so of course I had to include this in my list of favorites. It was so decadent and so smooth. I shared it with Twin and Mom, and we just closed our eyes. Definitely a chocolate lover's dream!
Hermits: Ginger- I've never had Hermits but now I know what the fuss is about. These were so soft and chewy, which is how I like my cookies to be. You can definitely taste the ginger, but it wasn't overbearing. It was just enough to come through. It wasn't overly sweet, which was great. You could also taste the molasses and figs. It was just delicious!
Family Recipe: Chocolate Chip cookies- If you think these are your run-of-the-mill chocolate chip cookies, think again! The chocolate chips aren't small. One bite and your mouth fills with melty chocolate chips. The cookies themselves aren't too sweet either, but the chocolate chips definitely take up the extra sweetness. Oh my, they were good!
