Madecasse Review & Giveaway

I have been on an organic chocolate binge! I can’t get enough of it, knowing that it’s a lot healthier for me than those I can buy at the gas station. But after a while, organic chocolate starts tasting the same. Sometimes, I want something different.

Madecasse offers organic chocolate that is different from others. What sets them apart is not only their ingredients, but how and where their chocolates are made. They are made in Madagascar, using only the finest cocoa that is actually from Madagascar.

Another thing that sets them apart from other organic chocolates is their impact on the world and environment. When they make their chocolates in Madagascar, they are ensuring a better natural environment for all of its inhabitants.

WHAT I THOUGHT
As I said, I've been on an organic chocolate binge! So when I was able to review Madecasse, I was in heaven! I didn't know what to expect, since they’re flavors are different.

I was able to review Arabica Coffee and Sea Salt & Nibs. The first thing I noticed was the packaging. It had a craft paper feel to it and had a piece of raffia tied on top. Then as I opened it, I noticed that the Arabic Coffee and Sea Salt & Nibs had sprinkles of the back. Of course, these sprinkles were the coffee and nibs.

Arabica Coffee- I love the smell of coffee, so I noticed it has a delicious sweet smell to it. It was definitely crunchy and tasted like mocha. It was a little bitter but it also wasn't overly sweet. A nice combination and great way to wake up!

Sea Salt & Nibs- I should have researched nibs before taking a bite. I didn't know nibs were bitter, but it didn't deter me from eating it! It was bitter, sweet, and salty! But it wasn't overly salty as you would think. Every time I took a bite, I would taste the chocolate and nibs first, then a little salty finish.

They were absolutely delicious. I might have to try the other flavors!
