#GardenLites- You can have your muffin and eat it too!
For a long time, muffins were either unhealthy and tasted delicious or healthy and not-so-delicious. Nowadays, healthy muffins can taste delicious. Don't believe me?

Garden Lites Veggie Muffins are delicious, filling treats that are gluten-free, vegetarian, low in calories, high in fibers, and Kosher Parve! Individually wrapped, these 2 ounce muffins offer convenient portability, and heat up in the microwave in only 35 seconds (more or less depending on your microwave's wattage). They can also be enjoyed at room temperature which is especially great for on-the-go snacking.

These healthy but yummy muffins are available in 5 great flavors:
Garden Lites Carrot Berry Veggie Muffin
Carrot Berry
Veggie Blueberry Oats- Filling and flavorful due to the combination of oats and sweet blueberries.
Zucchini Banana Chocolate Chip- Perfect blend of vegetables, sweet banana, and chocolate chips.
Zucchini Chocolate Chip- Same as Zucchini Banana Chocolate Chip, just without the banana.
Carrot Berry- Made with fresh veggies and three different berries.
Golden Corn- Chock-full of sweet corn.

If you're looking for a delicious snack that is vegan, gluten-free, AND kosher, pick up some Garden Lites Veggie Muffins- you won't be disappointed! Trust me.

WHAT I THOUGHT
vegan, gluten-free, kosher

It is no secret that I have been trying to lose weight (and succeeding), but it is also no secret that we have semi-gluten allergies in the family. So finding healthy, delicious, and gluten-free snackables can be hard. But we also love muffins, so we were excited to try Garden Lites Veggie Muffins. The four flavors we got to taste were Golden Corn, Zucchini Chocolate Chip, Carrot Berry, and Veggie Blueberry Oats.

Since I am a chocolate fan, I had wanted to try the Zucchini Chocolate Chip. Since it arrived frozen, I popped it into the microwave for about 35 seconds and it came out nice and hot. It was pretty good, though it definitely tasted healthy. While zucchini and chocolate goes well together, it didn't quite work out for this muffin. If I was to rate it out of 5, it would probably get a solid 3. Just a little bit of an aftertaste I didn't care for.

You wouldn't think that whole kernel corn and muffins wouldn't make a great pair, but in this case, it really does! Once you take a bite, you really can't taste the corn unless you really think about it. Yummy!

The Carrot Berry tastes pretty much like a carrot cake with delicious berries. Sweet, and it is absolutely drool-worthy!

I wasn't too sure about the Veggie Blueberry Oats, since I pretty much have oats cereal for breakfast. Veggies, oats, and blueberry sounds weird, but it wasn't that bad. It tasted like a healthy muffin with berries and oats. It was very filling!

I can definitely get used to healthy muffins!
