Almondina Cookies are all natural without all the guilt! Yuval Zaliouk, an internationally known symphony conductor and gourmet chef, always had a place in his heart (and stomach) for his grandmother's (whose name was Dina) most secret cookie, which she called Petit Gateau Sec. After his grandmother's death, he started baking Almondina cookies in his kitchen and within 7 years, the biscuits were available in all 50 states and sought after in seven foreign countries.
Unlike biscotti, Almondina Brand Biscuits do NOT have to dipped into coffees or teas. They taste great by themselves, with soft cheeses, desserts, tea, and even coffee.
Flavors include The Original, Choconut, Cinnaroma, Gingerspice, Almonduo, Anniversary, Bran Treats, Sesame, Pumpkin Spice, Chocolate Cherry, Chocolate dipped, Yogurt-dipped Bran Treats, and Almondina Delights.
On their website, you can even find the health benefits of almonds as well as the health facts of other ingredients found in Almondina including pumpkin seeds and cherries.
You can find Almondina on Facebook and Twitter.

WHAT I THOUGHT
Choconut |
The Original- At first glance, you have no clue what they're going to taste like. They were nice and crunchy with bits of almonds studding the flavor. It wasn't overly sweet, with only 10 grams of sugar per 4 cookies. It was a nice light snack and I actually had a few for breakfast. They tasted great with my coffee!
Choconut- I've said it once before and I'll say it again: I am a major chocoholic. So these were the first I tried and oh my goodness, my mouth was filled with the flavor of delicious chocolate and almonds. It was so good, I didn't want to share. Definitely my favorite!
Cinnaroma- I love cinnamon and when paired with almonds with the crunchiness of the biscuit, it made for a wonderful treat. The cinnamon wasn't overbearing, just enough to taste. Delicious!
Sesame- These necessarily weren't my favorite. It could be because I'm still sick or something, but I found that while they had just the right sweetness, it had an aftertaste I didn't care for. Twin liked them so I gave them to her.
Gingerspice- These were okay. I really couldn't taste the ginger, but I've had gingersnaps and ginger cookies were all I could taste was the ginger, so I guess that's something I got used to. They were still good though.
Chocolate Cherry- Once again, I did NOT want to share these. Chocolate and cherries go together like, well, beans and rice. You could taste the cherries without it being too much. The chocolate, of course, was sooo good.
Some flavors I didn't care of, but the rest of them were delish! I also love that they're thin, so it makes for easy dunking.
