Cookies are a great snack. Sure, it’s not all that healthy
but they are so delicious. The flavors available to the world are endless-
chocolate chip, M&M, peanut butter, almond, and so much more. But sometimes
you want something that is healthy but still retaining that cookie goodness!
Fabe’s All Natural Bakery has been “Sweetned by Nature” with
fruits, veggies, and grains. They offer delicious gluten free, vegan, whole
grain, and organic baked deserts! But don’t think they just stop at cookies.
You can even get pies, cakes, snacks, and of course, the cookies.

WHAT I THOUGHT
I love cookies! I
have them with ice cream, by themselves, or even crumble them into banana
pudding. But cookies have so much sugar, so much fat, and aren’t that healthy
at all. I wanted something all natural without losing the chewy goodness that
comes with cookies. I jumped at the chance to review Single Serve Cookies from
Fabe’s All Natural Bakery. Of course, I shared them with Twin, who wouldn’t let
me hear the end of it if I didn’t share.
Cranberry Orange |
Chocolate Chip- This didn’t have tiny chocolate chips. I
called them chocolate chunks because
it had some big pieces of chocolate chips. It was gooey and chewy. Like the
Cranberry Orange, it wasn’t too sweet. It had a perfect sweetness to it. It
tasted like it was homemade.
Oatmeal Raisin- I try to stay away from Oatmeal Raisin
cookies because those are hard to get right. But it had a perfect balance of
oatmeal and raisin. It was a little sweeter than the others, but I think it was
because of the raisins.
Dark Chocolate- I have a love/hate relationship with dark
chocolate in general. I grew up on milk chocolate, so I tend to find most dark
chocolate too bitter for me. But this Dark Chocolate was not bitter at all! It
was rich and moist. It tasted just like a fudge brownie. If you hadn’t read the
wrapper, you wouldn’t know you were eating dark chocolate.
Organic Macaroon- Coconut macaroons are delicious, no matter
where you use them. With this cookie, you could definitely taste the coconut.
It was moist, right about of sweetness, and while it doesn’t melt in your
mouth, you almost expect it to.
Since these cookies were all natural, I didn’t feel guilty
for snacking on them every chance I go. Because they didn’t contain tons of
sugar, I didn’t have that sugar “hangover” one would get. Delicious!
